Delete Account

You can delete your Loui account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how and what happens when you do.

Request deletion by email

Send a short email to hello@louiapp.com from your account's address asking for deletion. Your data is deleted within 30 days, and you receive a confirmation by email.

Delete directly in the app

When you're signed in to Loui, you can also delete your account directly under Settings → Account → Delete account. After a confirmation, the account and all server-side data is removed.

What gets deleted

• Your account and the email address on file
• All documents and project data stored server-side

Documents stored only in your local browser (localStorage) live solely on your device. You delete this data yourself by clearing the browser storage for louiapp.com.
